  • Privacy Policy

    • AzureGreen does not share customer information including email or postal mail address with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. Any email sent will be only to notify customers of new or sale items, or to acknowledge information on orders received. We do our own bulk postal mailing.
  • Typographical Errors

    • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, AzureGreen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AzureGreen shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, AzureGreen shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Prices on our Internet Store will always be the most current and will be the determining price for items. Our catalog is in production for 3 to 4 weeks and prices can and do change after mailings.

    • This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by other parties. AzureGreen is not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.
  • Sales Taxes

    • AzureGreen is required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Massachusetts. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country.
  • Return Policy

    • AzureGreen will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in US dollars. If paid for with a money order AzureGreen will send a company check as a refund in US Funds if requested. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

    Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

    • AzureGreen will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of AzureGreen.
  • Order Policy

    • Price and Availability is Subject to Change Without Notice

      • Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at AzureGreen reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. AzureGreen reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to change the price as stated by the policy: Prices Subject To Change Without Notice.
      • Back order Policy

        • We do not charge our wholesale customers for back ordered items until they are in stock and to be shipped, at which point normal wholesale pricing and shipping charges apply. Further rules concerning back ordered items are as follows:
          • Standard Wholesale Orders: We will notify you if any item you order is back ordered, and inform you of the estimated due date of that item if we have that information available. When the item comes back in stock we will send you an email notification informing you that it has arrived. After this notification has been sent you have one week to request that we ship the back ordered item or it will be canceled. If a new order is placed, all back ordered items will be forwarded to that new order unless you request otherwise.

          • International Wholesale Orders: In the circumstance of international orders that have back ordered items on them, it is our policy to inform you of back ordered items and their estimated due dates and to then cancel the back ordered items. This saves you both the possibility of extra duty charges for items on an invoice that you have not received and the extra shipping charges when items arrive back in stock. You may re-order these items at your leisure.
          • Domestic Drop Ship Orders: When we receive a domestic drop ship order that has back ordered items on it, we inform you of the back ordered items. The order will then ship, with the item in question shipping to your customer when we have it back in stock unless you request otherwise.
          • International Drop Ship Orders: As with standard wholesale orders, it is our practice to cancel any back ordered items on an international drop ship order after we have informed you of the back ordered items in question.
          • In all circumstances: You may seek out alternative options for your back ordered items by speaking with any of our customer service representatives, though we may not be able to honor all requests.
          • Back Ordered Items after 3 Months Any back ordered item that has been on hold and awaiting arrival for three months or longer will be canceled.
