Drop Shipping Information

For those of you unfamiliar with the term, Drop Shipping is a system that allows us to ship products out to your customers under your business name without you needing to stock your own inventory space, or spend valuable time on the shipping process. Our name appears nowhere on the packaging or paperwork of your order. Even our drop shipping catalog is designed so that it displays all of our products with no mention of our company name anywhere but on AzureGreen products.
How does all of this work? It's really quite easy. The general guidelines to drop shipping are listed below, but feel free to contact our office staff at 1 (413) 623 2155 if you need any assistance figuring things out.

  • To drop ship with us you must first be a registered wholesale customer, having filled out and returned our wholesale acceptance form and have been notified that we have it on file and have activated your account.
  • Please ensure that you have received payment from your customer before placing your order with us. It is not our responsibility to hold orders you have already placed until you receive payment from your customers.
  • Our transactions with you will be separate from your transactions with your customers; you should never enter your customer's credit card information as a payment method with us.
  • Our name will not appear anywhere on the package or on the return label. The only exception to this is if an AzureGreen branded product has been ordered. In this case our name appears on the label of those products.
  • The return address on the package will be your business name and address, as given to us with your order. Please note that this will include your name, business name, business address, and business phone number.
  • We will charge you at standard wholesale rates for the order. The quantity discounts only apply if all of the items shipped are going to one customer. Each package you send out is considered a different order for the purposes of quantity discounts.
  • There will be no pricing displayed on the packing slip.
  • We prefer to be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard and Discover), or by Paypal (payment must accompany order, and be sent to Azuredist@yahoo.com). If you would like to use other payment methods, such as Net 30, Check, or Money Order, you will have to contact us to discuss these options.
  • Packages shipped via our Drop Shipping program are typically shipped via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), though larger orders tend to be shipped via UPS. This is due to the average size of drop ship orders and the least expensive methods we have available to ship your orders; we will always choose the least expensive shipping method unless you specify that we should do otherwise.
  • For all wholesale and drop ship shipments, our shipping fee is calculated from the standard carrier charges and a small handling fee.
    • Deliveries shipped via the USPS are calculated using the formula of :Carrier Charge x 1.25 + $1.00 = AzureGreen Shipping Charge For example, $5.05 x 1.25 + $1.00 = shipping charges of $7.32
    • Deliveries shipped via UPS are calculated on the following formula: Carrier charges x Monthly Fuel Surcharges + $1.00 = Total Shipping ChargesUnfortunately the UPS fuel charges vary monthly, so you will have to inquire with one of our customer services representatives to find the exact rate.
    • You should note that our webstore (link to azuregreen.net) can also provide you with accurate estimates of shipping costs, and that all shipping methods have a minimum shipping fee. These fees are as follows:
      • Orders shipping via First Class mail have a minimum charge of $6.00
      • Orders shipping via Priority mail have a minimum of $7.32
      • Orders shipping USPS international have a minimum of $10.63 up to 8oz
    • It should also note that most orders shipped via USPS will have a delivery confirmation number, but we will not be able to accurately track USPS deliveries that are international. This includes orders shipped via the USPS to APO addresses. All orders delivered via UPS have a tracking that we will be able to accurately track.
    • You also have the option of next day deliver, 2-day deliver, and 3-day deliver via UPS. Exact rates vary based upon the shipping address and the weight of the order.
  • We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States. You are, however, responsible for any shipments that are denied by customers. Also, please note that customers are liable for any duty charges.
  • Our back order policy for drop ship orders is as follows:
    • Domestic drop ship orders are shipped out automatically, with you receiving notification about the back ordered item and that item being shipped when we have it back in stock. Your customer will also be notified on the shipping invoice that the item is back ordered.
    • Back ordered items on international orders are canceled and the order is shipped. You will be notified as to all out of stock items. Item cancelation saves your customer duty fees based on items on the invoice that were not received and saves you extensive shipping fees for items that ship out separately.
    • You may also work out an alternate arrangement with one of our customer service representatives, although we are not able to meet all requests.
  • Should your customer need to make a return or have another issue with their order it will be handled by you. You may then handle a return with us normally.
  • It is easy to place a drop ship order on our website: go to www.azuregreen.net simply select and enter your items and add to cart, select drop ship and enter your customer's shipping address in the "ship to address" field. Enter XWEB quantity 1 as a line item on every drop ship order and SAVE .50 per order. NOTE: if we type the order for you over the phone, by fax, or by email, we will charge an extra .50 fee per order and you will not qualify for the XWEB .50 discount. So save $1 overall per order and enter your drop ship orders right on our website.
    • When entering your customers address in a web order do not abbreviate the city, do not copy and paste foreign addresses (the symbols do not always match US format), and do not use periods or number signs.
    • Please double check all address before placing your orders. You can confirm addresses at the USPS website (link). If an order is shipped to the incorrect address and we must correct it there is an address correction fee of $12.35. If it is not correct it may otherwise simply be returned to you via the shipping service.
  • And finally, you should note that an order is not a drop ship of we are shipping it to you or another shipping address for your business. An order is only a drop ship order if we are shipping it directly to your customer.
